Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of German Church Shops

Waited patiently for over 30 minutes and was discussing the Crew Products Promotion BOGO with any service. But when the rep began saying that regular retail stores sell water downed and inferior products I found myself explaining that I have tried Crew Products from both and she is wrong. I also said that Sports Clips was very competitively priced. The lady went on to tell me I was wrong and argued that she has tried other stores products and that is why she knows these statements to be correct. I nicely disagreed at which point she asked "how do you want your hair cut today." No apology and in a tone that I replied by someone else. Sad that reps think they have to badmouth other retailers in order to sell their products. Waste of my time and a disappointing interaction. I don't know if I will visit this store again or take my money elsewhere. This was my 4th visit this year so I may give the manager an opportunity to change my mind about this matter. How many of this stores customers work for one of the "other" places that are being bashed by Sports Clips Reps.
